DVF Spring 2011

I hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday! Are you all laying low? Watching the Superbowl? My day has been a productive one, and I just had a great photo shoot at the beach with S, but I am saving those pictures for tomorrows post. Right now I want to enlighten everyone...DVF Spring 2011 line. Diane von Furstenberg's collection is the perfect mix of causal cruise wear and night-on-the-town glamour. Filled with silky trousers, printed dresses, drape-y fabrics, and amazingly colorful lace-up-gladiator-stilettos I can find a spot for each and every piece in my wardrobe! Don't you love it?

Elie Saab is pretty FAB!

Yeah my title is pretty corny, but seriously the Elie Saab haute couture Spring/Summer 2011 collection is amazing! It is feminine, delicate, soft, sparkly, flowy, detailed, and just darn beautiful.
School was canceled today due to a major snowstorm that left my car and house piled in tons of fluffy white snow...and ice. I spent the day doing some homework and being silly with my roommates...oh and pushing my roommate E's car out of the snowbank so we can get in some cardio at the gym (we are fitness enthusiasts!). With all this cold-snow-winter-ness surrounding me I need some pretty inspirations to get me ready for spring...enter Elie Saab! Enjoy the pictures!

Thigh-High

Thigh-high this and that have been popping up everywhere lately; from ad campaigns to runway shows to street-style. I post a lot about things I love and want to try (yet rarely do) and this is one trend that I definitely will be attempting in 2011...I am giving myself a few days to still be a little plain-Jane (2011 is my year to test the fashion limits!).
